Dear colleagues,

please sync this new version from Debian which mainly contains fixes.
All remaining changes have been fixed:
1) It has a manpage now
2) Mono 2.0 transition

     + Update for Mono 2.0 transition (Patch originally thanks to James Westby).

     + Delete tasque.1 when cleaning (autogenerated file)
