Not sure what causes this problem, but I am experiencing it as well.

Sometimes I will leave my FF open on and return to browse, only to have
to restart FF when I try to load a page that uses Flash.  Sometimes it
will happen mid-session;  I will be at one page that uses Flash and it
works just fine, reload or go to another page that uses flash and it
isn't working.

Very annoying bug.  Is this something everybody is experiencing?
