Thanks for reporting this bug and any supporting documentation.
I can confirm that pyNeighborhood opens itself in a 800+ pixel window.
Changing the resolution to 800x600, the window that opens is slightly
bigger than the screen. It can not be made any smaller, thus requiring
the user to slide the window itself to see all of it.
Since this bug has enough information provided for a developer to begin
work, I'm going to mark it as confirmed and let them handle it from
here. Thanks for taking the time to make Ubuntu better!
