[Bug 310989] [NEW] The menu entry for Scribus is in a foregin language

Binary package hint: scribus-ng

In the menu system (tested in KDE 4, Swedish version) Scribus shows up
as "Dáthapresentenprográmma" which is neither Swedish or English. The
correct label should say "Layoutprogram" or similar.
