Thank you. Now I understand. You can not have two functions defined for
the same keypress. It will not be helpful to file this on xfce4.org,
because if Alt+Shift is defined to switch layouts, it wil not work to
switch windows. You need to redifine the keypress for one of these
functions to get them both to work.
