[Bug 310921] [NEW] Latest Monodevelop FTBFS due to unavailable mono-cairo.pc file

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: monodevelop

mono-cairo.pc ships with libmono-cairo1.0-cil, whereas monodevelop now
(build-)depends on libmono-cairo2.0-cil. This causes an FTBFS when
configure checks for mono-cairo. The upcoming patch skips the pkg-config
check, resolving the FTBFS.

The next Debian experimental upload will have this fixed, probably in a
different way. We'll be able to sync again then.

** Affects: monodevelop (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
