[Bug 310868] [NEW] Open brasero when double-clicking an ISO file

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: brasero

Brasero has reached the point where it can be used as the primary tool
for image burning. Yet, the default action when the user double-clicks
an image file is to open NCB. I propose it should open Brasero instead,
to improve integration.
