[Bug 310715] [NEW] Help in kdissert doesn't work

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdissert

When I try to open help of kdissert i got an error that say

"Could not launch the KDE Help Center:
could not find service 'khelpcenter'."

Tested on gnome and kde4 on intrepid
