virtualbox-ose-guest-source fail to compile:

make[2]: *** No rule to make target `/var/lib/dkms/virtualbox-ose-
guest/2.0.4/build/vboxvfs/r0drv/alloc-r0drv.o', needed by `/var/lib/dkms
/virtualbox-ose-guest/2.0.4/build/vboxvfs/vboxvfs.o'.  Stop.

If try install guest modules using virtualbox-ose-guest-utils, synaptic
say's that package ubuntu-desktop will be removed.

$ uname -a
Linux ubuntu 2.6.28-3-generic #4-Ubuntu SMP Fri Dec 12 22:48:15 UTC 2008 i686 GNU/Linux
