[Bug 310385] [NEW] vlc does not play commercial dvd after upgrade from Hardy Heron to Intrepid Ibex. It plays about 10 minutes and then crashes. Help!!!

Binary package hint: gnome-vlc

vlc crashes when I about 10 minutes into playing a DVD. It has been
happening since I upgrade to Ubuntu 8.10 (Intrepid Ibex) from Ubuntu
8.04 (Hardy Heron). Vlc worked fine in Hardy Heron when playing
commercial dvd's.
