[Bug 296073] Re: All News Bins empty after program start

Upgraded from Gutsy V7.10 to Intrepid V8.10 (via Hardy).
All V7.10 News Bins present in V8.10 (Liferea 1.4.18)
All News Bins V8.10 _empty_.

Can additionally confirm original bug (Frank), in lieu of create new
News Bin, using any existing News Bin; same behavior as original bug.

Does any one have an idea if this is an Ubuntu issue or Liferea issue?
