[Bug 309636] [NEW] When de-attaching left panel, and closing Kmplot, on the next run, the panel is gone

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdeedu-kde4

When de-attaching the left panel in Kmplot (screenshot), and then
closing the program, on the next run, the left panel is gone, and there
is no way getting it back.

In order to get it back, I deleted the kmplotrc file (the one that
caused the problem is attached).
