[Bug 309536] [NEW] Please package the 64 bit Java VM and Plugin

Public bug reported:

As per https://jdk6.dev.java.net/6uNea.html there is now 64 bit Java
support for linux, including a 64 bit plugin for firefox.  It is only
early access now, but is scheduled for an early 2009 release.

Please package the code for inclusion in Jaunty, with optional backport
to Intrepid and Hardy once it is an actual release.
