[Bug 309041] [NEW] FTP, SFTP unicode file names displayed incorrectly

Public bug reported:

ftp:// and sftp:// in both Dolphin and Konqueror on KDE4 do not display non-English unicode file and directory names correctly. I see something like:
КВН
Спорт
Взрослые

Note that command line sftp client displays these names correctly, so
nothing is wrong with the server:

sftp> ls
Взрослые
Детские
КВН
Музыкальные
Разное
Спорт
