The steps:

With the dvdrip window open, I pressed Ctrl-A. The "About" window pops
open as expected. Then I clicked the close button.

What I expected to happen:

The about window to close.

What actually happened:

The about window stayed open despite the fact that the close button was
being clearly clicked many times.

Aside:

I think this is a trivial problem that can be solved quickly.
