[Bug 308193] [NEW] vpnc package is incompatible with mailutils

Binary package hint: vpnc

When you install vpnc it uninstalls mailutils.  It's probably because vpnc requires bsd-mailx and mailx packages, which
are in turn incompatible with mailutils, but it seems that vpnc could use a command line mail transporter from
mailutils in case it does not find mailx.
