Installing onto a lvm volume does not work. Grub is failing to install.
I attach a logfile from the build process.
Another problem is that vmbuilder refuses to install onto a logical
volume if I specify partition layout that is bigger than 5120.
"Exception: Partition is out of bounds. start=9000, end=9511,
disksize=5120" when adding a swap space (512M) after added a root
partition on 9G.
