[Bug 307789] [NEW] Git source package doesn't list dpkg-dev as a required package

Git package doesn't list dpkg-dev as a required package

When I do
 
            apt-get source git

I am required to do

            apt-get install dpkg-dev

first. Shouldn't this be handled as a prerequisite to Git source?
