[Bug 250182] Re: annoying glitch on screen - white line on top

It is identical for this 2 programs at least.

I think wxWidgets is the common dependency between them.

The white line is always in left-top corner (position 0,0) and it covers
whatever is below (in this screenshot - cornerr of firefox window). It
covers even full-screen-top windows (like in example full screen mode in
said VLC).

Attached image has the same iamge zoomed in x10 for clarity, and all on
green background.
