[Bug 307617] [NEW] No shortcut was placed on the menu after installing krecipes using apt-get install.

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: krecipes

I used apt-get install krecipes and it installed but did not place a
shortcut on the menu for me to select to launch the program.  I am not
sure if bug but thought it should install menu shortcut.

Kubuntu 8.10 intrepid  64 bit

Thought it would install shortcut on menu and it did not.
