[Bug 307513] [NEW] lsinput outputs to stderr for no good reason

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: input-utils

The input is often longer than a screenful, and so it would be
convenient to pipe it into a pager, but for no apparent reason it goes
to stderr instead.
