[Bug 307503] [NEW] calibration tool needs to indicate that users need to be subscribed to the mailinglist before sending info

Public bug reported:

currently the calibration tool included in the driver package tells
users for which no .fdi file is found to send the data for inspection to
the ubuntu-mobile mailing list. the message does not indicate that this
is a subscription only list, the text needs to indicate you need to
subscribe to the list first or offer a fallback mechanism for submitting
the data.
