Hello,

When I play the game against AI players, I am unable to buy development cards at later stages in the game. 
It seems to correspond with running out of roads to build with.
I have version 0.11.3-2 installed, and I'm running Ubuntu 8.04.
Attached is a screenshot in a situation where I'd expect to be able to buy a card, however the option is greyed out.
