[Bug 307089] [NEW] Weekly recordings are started one hour earlier

If I plan a record as "once off", everything works fine, but yesterday I
tried to schedule a record as "weekly" and then it started and ended one
hour earlier than it should. This problem is reproducible for me.

I'm using Me-TV version 0.5.30 from the Ubuntu repositories.
