[Bug 306994] [NEW] seg fault in php

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mumble-server-web

When /etc/php5/conf.d/MurmurPHP.ini is there, running php as a non-
privileged user causes a seg fault.  If I run php as root, the seg fault
goes away.  Also, if I remove /etc/php5/conf.d/MurmurPHP.ini, php runs
without seg faulting.
