[Bug 306586] [NEW] gxvattr menu should be under System -> Preferences

Binary package hint: xvattr

Actually, the menu entry of gxvattr is under Applications -> Audio and
Video. The menu entry should however be under System -> Preferences,
where other similar programs (e.g. driconf "3D Acceleration" entry) are
found.
