You seem to have several different raid signatures on these disks.  You
should get rid of the incorrect ones, but if nvidia is what it is
supposed to be then it looks like that's what is being used.  It looks
like it is seeing two disks that are part of a stripe and one that is
part of a JBOD array.  How is your array supposed to be configured?

Can you post the output of dmraid -n?
