[Bug 124704] Re: ccsm crashed with AttributeError in CheckActionConflicts()

I managed to reproduce the problem again, but only once.
Firefox still worked, but Kate was unusable again.
After minimizing+maximizing the Kate window, it worked again.

After that, I wasn't able to reproduce the issue again, despite having
logged out and in again, disabling/reenabling desktop effects.

I'll post again if I find a way to reliably reproduce the bug (maybe I
can reproduce it after rebooting... :/ ).
