[Bug 305842] [NEW] problem missing install file libgcj.so.81

Public bug reported:

not really sure where the problem is, but there's no libgcj.so.81 after installing this package. 
Then gij-4.2.4 (and several other gcj-related packages) won't install (and in the end I can't install eclipse-gcj):

(from apt-get install)
      ...
      Setting up gij-4.2 (4.2.4-3ubuntu3) ...
      gcj-dbtool-4.2: error while loading shared libraries: libgcj.so.81: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
      ...

I tried making a soft link to libgcj.so.81.0.0, but then gij-4.2
installation gets a segmentation fault.
