[Bug 305452] [NEW] scim-bridge xinput file refers specifically to QT3, so doesn't work with QT4

Binary package hint: scim-bridge

The xinput file installed by the scim-bridge-agent package,
/etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/scim-bridge, refers to QT3 specifically:

if [ -e /usr/lib/qt3/plugins/inputmethods/im-scim-bridge.so ]; then
    QT_IM_MODULE=scim-bridge
else
    QT_IM_MODULE=xim
fi

On systems with only the newer QT4 libraries installed, QT applications
will not use the scim-bridge input method.  Installing the QT3 version
(scim-bridge-client-qt) resolves this problem by triggering the above
expression.
