[Bug 304935] [NEW] Light border around windows with animation

Ubuntu 8.10, Compiz 0.7.8. ATI Radeon Xpress 1150 w/ open drivers.

There is a light, small border around windows when opening/closing them.
They are most noticeable on small windows like menus and tooltips. On
larger windows, they are almost unnoticeable.

If you're using a light theme, you may not see them at all. However,
with dark themes, they are easily noticeable.

It's reproducible with animations like Glide, Zoom, and Fade.
