Thanks for quick reply!
i found them through apt-cache search wmvare, file is in attachment. I didn`t know they must not be used together :(
The problem rised from the fact that vmware tools from wmvare itself (i`m using VMWare 6.0.5 on Windows XP to run Ubuntu for my work) can not properly installed, that is why i started to look at apt-get:
- i did alien on deb packages that provided with WMVare, with and without --script option. All i managed to get is normal mouse (not locked by wmvare window). But cross- clipboard and other wmwaretools features are not working anymore
- i tried to install vmware tool (from converted deb package by VMWare) as root user in special text mode, from before even login (no gui/ubuntu at all). don`t remeber how it is calling properly. after big chunk of installations/recompilations system dropped into core dump and stalled, didnot finished installation... no luck, in other words
- i merely a casual user for now :) so sorry if i trying something stupid - not intentionally

The problem with VMWare tools started after the last big update on
ubuntu (kernel version change). Before that i successfully used them -
at least cross-system-clipboard worked fine too

Thanks!
