[Bug 304801] [NEW] No image upload for blogger.com

Binary package hint: gnome-blog

Error in posting process for the file upload feature of bloggler.com
when including an in-line image.  Tested this yesterday.  I replicated
again today.  Blog post written for blogger.com does not upload any
images from your local disk that you drafted in the post using gnome-
blog.

I did not see any bug here for any blogger.com API improvements and this
could be captured in that if such an activity is already underway.
