[Bug 304620] [NEW] WebCalendar Should Use /etc/init.d/apache reload

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: webcalendar

Hi,

The post installation script calls /etc/init.d restart. This isn't
ideal: it can cause problems for current users of the webserver and it
means that WebCalendar gets blamed when another application breaks
Apache during upgrade. For an example of the later, please see bug
293945 -- a bug which was first assigned to this package.

I discussed this behavior with Debian WebCalendar co-maintainer, Lyz
Krumbach, who agreed with my logic.

Thank you,

-Dave

** Affects: webcalendar (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
