[Bug 304468] [NEW] upgrade to 0.11.0

Binary package hint: dynagen

on 2008 04 20 has been released dynagen 0.11.0
there are some significant enhancements in this version, most notably: 
* Merge with ConfDynagen, which adds the dynamic configuration mode (among other things)
* Pemu inclusion for PIX emulation
* Much enhanced error reporting that should make it easier to spot errors in NET files
* Many bug fixes.
