[Bug 304391] [NEW] kblogger-kde4 is broken, no way to make new or view blogs

KDE 4.1.3
Kblogger-kde4 1.0-alpha2

There are no option for Posts and  Blog in the toolbars, so there is no way to make new blog entries or view existing ones. 
Tried to configure the toolbar, but the option is empty.
