[Bug 304319] [NEW] idesk not working in KDE

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: idesk

Using Ubuntu 8.10 (with kubuntu-desktop installed).
idesk version 0.7.5-4
When I run idesk, the icons I have defined appear, but they are on the top layer and are not functional.
Icons should be on the bottom layer, and launch the app when double-clicked. Works fine with Fluxbox WM, but not at all on KDE4.
