[Bug 298138] Re: matplotlib does not install .egg-info dir

I have built a package with .egg-info files. I am not sure that 'setup.py install_egg_info' is a correct thing to do, but it works.
Also I had to add some more build-deps just to make it build.
Resulting debdiff attached, the package is in my PPA: https://launchpad.net/~pov/+archive
