It exists in 8.10.
I'm not upgrading to a very, very alpha version of Ubuntu (9.04) to test this.
The developers need to take a look and test/fix it in 9.04--not the end users.

Microsoft doesn't ask you in your bug still exists in Vista+1 when Vista
is the latest released OS.
