   * Updated Debian stands version to 3.7.3
     - Don't ignore errors on 'make clean'.
     - Moved homepage into pseudo-header.
     - Avoided shipping empty directories.
     - Updated copyright file to be explicit about ownership.
   * Updated the expiry date of the cookies sent by the server
     to avoid them being in the past.
