[Bug 213398] [NEW] Touchscreen configuration do not allow right-clicks with pen/stylus only

Public bug reported:

The current xorg.conf file does not allow things like right-click or
drag-and-drop using pens or stylus only. This patch enables long-click
(>=.75s) in a fashion similar to tap-and-hold but in this case
generating a right-click response.
