You have been subscribed to a public bug:

this is actually a duplicate of #51673, but unfortunately the bug was
rejected because it was related to the wrong package! Instead of
rejecting it it would have far more usefull to redirect it to the
appropriate place!

This is a very serious bug, because new and especially inexperienced
users have no way to correctly burn an ISO CD without guidance.

At least a link to an "Howto burn an ISO CD" or, even better, a step by
step guide would be most usefull.

Right now (as of today in #ubuntu-women) we try to guide a new user
through this step as she got it wrong before and lost some hours because
she has WinRAR installed which wrongly showed the ISO file to be a RAR
file. The result was her having a CD which did not boot and did neither
install nor showed a live Ubuntu. Most of the time such failures are the
definite no-go for the potential user. This will certainly not help
correcting bug #1.

So please, make this website more userfriendly, it definitely is not at
it's actual state.
