[Bug 118316] Re: Merge ndisgtk 0.7 from Debian

Changes:
  - Added support for newer ndiswrapper versions (LP: #108656) (maybe LP: #117671)
  - Added ndisgtk-kde.desktop for KDE (LP: #93808)

A few notes:
  - I use menu in the Debian package, Ubuntu should maybe:
    - not use su-to-root in Desktop Files
      - Use  gksu for ndisgtk.desktop
      - Use kdesu for ndisgtk-kde.desktop
      - Remove the dependency on menu (as it was only needed for su-to-root in the desktop files)
  - I have Architecture: i386 amd64 in debian/control, Ubuntu could use Architecture: all
