[Bug 64823] Re: Icons missing in menu

The attached debdiff modifies the .desktop file to validate, and
installs it for the gnoise-gnome package.  The gnoise package is left
without a .desktop file.  I'm not sure I understand the difference
between the two binaries, but previous packaging only installs the
.desktop for the -gnome variant, so I have left that behaviour.
