[Bug 36001] Re: slashem-gtk & slashem-sdl lack entries in menu

The attached debdiff installs the provided icon file (reformatted), adds
the icon to all the menu files, adds menu files for the -gtk and -sdl
variants, and adds .desktop files for the -gtk, -sdl, and -x11 variants.
