Hi,

nope, liqtsvn2 was obviously removed from the archive, since the newer
kdesvn source package provides libqtsvn3 now. However the newer source
package of kdesvn failed to build, and thus only the old kdesvn is left
in the archive.

I'll try to see what's wrong with this.
