[Bug 84211] capisuite broken

Hi,

capisuite was runnung on 6.06, 6.10 and seems now broken on feisty. I
purged the package and reinstalled, but it fails. Starting capisuite in
foreground brought the following output:

Error in sys.excepthook:

    binary = os.path.normpath(os.path.join(os.getcwdu(), sys.argv[0]))
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'argv'

Original exception was:
