It's been ~4 days and the new lyx{,-common} has hit the archive:

> $ apt-cache policy lyx | grep Can
>   Candidate: 1.4.2-4

but it seems xdg-utils is still not found:

>  lyx-common: Depends: xdg-utils but it is not installable

Do I just need to be more patient? :)
