This bug can be closed, because it is fixed in edgy. I installed gq
1.0.0-3ubuntu1 and now i can select the hash in the userpassword field.
The debian changelog:

gq (1.0.0-3) unstable; urgency=low
  * Build-Depend on libssl-dev (closes: #242532)
