[Bug 71980] Re: dmraid: sync new debian version

Sorry for flooding this request with changelog entries, it's my first.
Here are the relevant entries that indicate the ubuntu changes and the
subsequent debian incorporation of these changes:

dmraid (0.9.9+1.0.0.rc9-2ubuntu1) dapper; urgency=low

  * Include the initramfs hook and script contributed by Tormod Volden,
    so dmraid can integrate effortlessly (closes: launchpad.net/22107)
  * Call update-initramfs in our postinst, if we have it on the system.

  * NMU with permission.
  * Move init script from 03 to 04 to ensure we run after udev.
